"We take of their teeth, so you can take care of everything else."
At Early Learning Centres and Schools :
Child Care and School Dental Services offers complimentary dental care to CDBS-eligible childrens via mobile clinics. Our qualified dental team is dedicated to providing high-quality oral health services, bringing smiles to your school community with our well-equipped units. Our primary objective is to ensure your children maintain healthy smiles through regular free dental services.
We understand the importance of oral health for overall well-being and aim to establish good hygiene habits early on for lifelong dental success. Habits formed in early childhood greatly influence long-term health outcomes. As children develop, they are exposed to experiences that shape their behaviours. Primary schools provide an ideal setting for promoting sound oral health practices and educating students about dental care.
While parents play a crucial role in fostering dental hygiene at home, we recognise their busy schedules. Therefore, we take responsibility for supporting their children's oral health, providing a solid foundation so parents can focus on their own commitments.
Australian Mobile Dental Care provides free public dental care to all eligible children aged 0-17 years. They can access free dental care under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). These services are delivered by highly qualified and experienced oral health professionals using high-quality dental instruments and fully portable dental equipment.
Children typically receive the following care (if clinically indicated and if parents/carers have consented):
If more treatment is clinically indicated, we provide a comprehensive dental report and/or referral. For further information about our services, please click on the parent information link below. Services are provided bi-annually.
